STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery in [2-4] working days: 5,00 GBP

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 155 GBP

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Delivery in [1-2] working days: 13,00 GBP

Delivery times are calculated from the next working day after your order is placed. For example, for Express Shipping, orders placed on a Monday will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the Tuesday as the next working day after the purchase.

We’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your unique Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready. You can track the status of your order at any time by heading to the My Orders section of your account.

SHIP TO STORE

We love to see our customers in-store, so we offer free pick-up for online orders at selected KARL LAGERFELD stores. Simply select “Pick up in store” at checkout and choose the store you’d like to collect your order from.

As soon as your parcel is ready, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email to let you know the order has left our warehouse. Once your parcel has arrived in store, you’ll receive a second email inviting you to pick up your order from your chosen store. Just remember to bring a copy of the email (printed or on your phone/tablet) and a valid photo ID.

You have 20 days to collect your order, during which you’ll receive two reminder emails so keep an eye on your inbox. After this time, the items will be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for your order.
