Delivery date and time selection is not available at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

You may then contact the carrier directly to check if they offer delivery scheduling options.

The most up-to-date information about your shipment is available on the carrier’s website. You can find your tracking number and the carrier details in the Shipping Confirmation email.

If a delivery attempt was made but missed, please reach out to the carrier directly to rearrange a delivery at a convenient time.

If the tracking link shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with your neighbours or other members of your household, as the carrier may have left the parcel with them.

If you are still unable to find your package, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the delivery date so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to open an investigation after this timeframe.

If your shipping address is in an area not serviced by our standard carrier, we may use an alternative carrier to ensure timely delivery.

In such cases, the shipping confirmation email will specify which carrier was used, along with the tracking information.

We’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your unique Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready.

All orders are shipped directly to you from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

We love to see our customers in-store, so we offer free pick-up for online orders at selected KARL LAGERFELD stores.
Simply select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose the store you’d like to collect your order from.

As soon as your parcel is ready, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email to let you know the order has left our warehouse.
Once your parcel has arrived in store, you’ll receive a second email inviting you to pick up your order from your chosen store.
Just remember to bring a copy of the email (printed or on your phone/tablet) and a valid photo ID.

You have 7 days to collect your order, during which you’ll receive two reminder emails so keep an eye on your inbox.
After this time, the items will be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for your order.

Every KARL LAGERFELD product is accompanied by packaging, like hangtags, instruction cards, collection details and keepsake boxes. To ensure a lower footprint, all of these items are made from 100% paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), though specifics may vary from product to product:

• All polybags that are used for protection during transport are made from 100% recycled plastic.
• Certain underwear products are sold in boxes that are crafted from FSC certified paper.
• All dust bags are made from 100% organic cotton.
• Fragile items, such as Jewellery or Home goods, are packed in boxes crafted from FSC certified paper and include a velvet cushion to protect the product. The cushion is made from polyester.
• Karl Lagerfeld aims to replace the polyester to a recycled material alternative in the future.
• Swimwear is packaged in recycled plastic zip bags which can be re-used to store your swimwear items.
• We encourage all customers to store precious KARL LAGERFELD items in their original packaging, reusing it every time.
• All KARL LAGERFELD packaging items meet EU requirements in regard to hazardous chemicals.
• KARL LAGERFELD has implemented the AFIRM Packaging Restricted Substances list.
