WHERE’S MY ORDER?
You can check the progress of your order and track its delivery at any time from your My Account page.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE/TIME?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date or time for your order. But you can stay up-to-date with the delivery status of your parcel using your unique Tracking Number from your Shipping Confirmation email.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you’ve registered with us, you can view the progress of your order and track its delivery from the My Orders section of your account. From here you can also double-check that the details for your delivery address are correct. Alternatively, enter your Order Number at the Follow your Order page.
If a delivery has been attempted but missed, you can find contact details for our delivery partner in your Shipping Confirmation. Please contact the courier directly to rearrange a missed delivery.
If you still haven’t received your order, please contact us and a member of our Customer Care team will be happy to help.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Delivery in 2 working days: 20 SGD
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 250 SGD
Delivery times are calculated from the next working day after your order is placed. For example, for Express Shipping, orders placed on a Monday will be delivered within 2 working days from the Tuesday as the next working day after the purchase.
We’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your unique Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready. You can track the status of your order at any time by heading to the My Orders section of your account.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER FROM?
All orders are shipped directly to you from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders placed from outside the European Union are fulfilled by our partner and merchant of record, Global-e.
SHIP TO STORE
We love to see our customers in-store, so we offer free pick-up for online orders at selected KARL LAGERFELD stores. Simply select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose the store you’d like to collect your order from.
As soon as your parcel is ready, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email to let you know the order has left our warehouse. Once your parcel has arrived in store, you’ll receive a second email inviting you to pick up your order from your chosen store. Just remember to bring a copy of the email (printed or on your phone/tablet) and a valid photo ID.
You have 20 days to collect your order, during which you’ll receive two reminder emails so keep an eye on your inbox. After this time, the items will be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for your order.

RETURN AN ITEM
While we hope you’ll love every purchase from KARL.COM, we understand there will be times that you’ll need to return an item to us, so we want to make the process as easy as possible. Simply head to our Returns Portal to get started.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any unwanted items and request a refund. But before returning any items, please make sure they are in the same condition you received them in, with the identification tag and seal still attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept late returns, items that have been worn or products that are not in their original condition.
